寒いよ！！ It’s COLD!

Banff on a quiet Sunday evening.

長い旅でしたが、無事にバンフに到着いたしました。
It was a very long trip, but we arrived in Banff safely.

カナディアン・ロッキー山脈観光の中心地であるバンフ町は、アルバータ州のカルガリーから車で一時間です。
Amidst the Canadian Rocky Mountains, Banff is about 1.5 hours from Calgary, Alberta by car.

ちょっと恥ずかしいですけど、バンクーバー出身の私は、今バンフに来たことなかったです。
It’s kind of embarrassing to admit, but I’ve never actually been here before now.

ですから、明日Jet☆Daisukeさんと、初めてバンフを体験します！
So tomorrow, along with Jet☆Daisuke-san, I will have my first Banff experience!

天気は、案の定寒いです。
The weather is cold, as expected.

とにかくダウンジーケットを買って来てよかったですw！！
I’m just glad I bought a down jacket before I came.

A Fondue and Steakhouse Restaurant.

今夜は、有名なレストラン「GRIZZLY HOUSE」で 食べました。
Tonight we were taken to a popular restaurant known as the “Grizzly House”.

フォンデューが専門ですけど、サインに書いてあるようにバファロと鹿肉も食べられます。
It’s a Fondue restaurant, but they also serve Buffalo and Deer steaks.

6ozのアルバータ産牛ステーキをオーダーしました。
I ordered a 6oz Albertan Beef Steak

北アメリカの量が相変わらず大きいですね。
I almost forgot how big North American portions were.

This was the smallest portion they had for steak!!

 見た目もよかったし、美味しかったです！野菜もたっぷりつけられて嬉しかったです！
It was as good as it looks, it also included tons of fresh vegetables, which were delicious!

とても満足しました。
It was completely satisfying!
